Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) letters

I received four collection letters and strongly believe that these letters are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Would you mind reading two short collection letters (1/2 page each), and post your own opinion whether these letters have violated the Act or not, and explain why yes and/or why not? If you are a lawyer who’s willing to post your opinion for the forum I will post them here for any body to read. Thanks
