I requested hearing impaired assistance for my small claims case. which was approved by clerk of court. Case begin. I informed the judge I could not hear 3 times. He stated for those involved in case to speak up. 4th time I told the judge I could not hear. How do you turn on this. meaning the hearing impaired device. his answer again was to everyone was to speak up. I was flustrated, and because that and my lack of hearing it vastly affected my case.. I feel my rights may have been violated. the case was found in favor of the other party, I feel I may have missed
important information by the judge, those involved. I will be going to clerk of courts to request legal cd of hearing. What are my options? I would like to know before I go.
