my son was in an accident last week and received a ticket out of it. my question is- some of the information on the ticket is incorrect; specifically, the location of the accident is wrong. the ticket says it occurred in a private driveway, but it actually occurred on a public road (6 lanes no less!). Can the ticket be contested or dismissed for this? Thanks.
