Having someone undress in your home is legal so long as both are not minors and of majority and you don't pay for it. Paying for ***ual favors is defined as a crime.
I posted a Craigslist ad looking for a woman willing to dress ***y and show off her body at my place. In the ad, I said no *** or physical contact.
If I gave a girl $50 and she danced or something, that is legal, right? I mean, I don't have to worry about the cops showing up, do I?
If this is a "sting" and she is a cop, I would have to ask for *** to be breaking a law, right? Just paying her to dance or show off is like hiring a private dancer, which would be legal.
I am in Omaha, Nebraska, if that matters.
Thank you!

If I am paying for her to dress a certain way and be revealing, without having physical contact, is that still legal?
There would be no ***ual contact, just me looking at her. As if she was a stripper or dancer at a club. The only difference is she would be at my home.
If she dresses in a way that is too revealing then you are paying for ***ual favors.
I always wonder why paying for sexual favors is illegal in this country while p.orn is legal.

Well the government can't tax prostitution for one. And then there's the morality issue. Although it's really not much different than spending a few hundred dollars on various dates and gifts in hopes the woman will sleep with you..
