Need some info about what to do about neighbor who put a water drain tile at our fence line and running continous flow of water into my field. The water runs for about 300 yards before going to road ditch, then runs into culvert and into another neighbors property. We have talked to this owner about the water problem and he says water runs downhill and unwilling to stop flow of water. This is causing erosion and many problems on this farm. Lee
