At the age of 17 is it legal for my daughter to move out with my permission in the state of Montana. We would still financially support her. We are relocating and it is in her best interest to finish school here. We have already secured a condo for her to live in and like I said everything will be provided for her. But is it legal at 17? We do not wish for her to be emancipated though.
