My ex husband is behind on his child support by a few thousand dollars. I live in Vermont and have recently started working with my local office of child support. They are enforcing our Georgia order in Montana where he is currently living. He just found a job and has intentions to start paying again. The job he has recently got is a driving job. I'm afraid they will take his license. Does anyone know if this is something that Montana does? I don't want him to lose his job. I want him to be able to hold a job and get caught up before the amount accumulates and he can't get out from under it. Does anyone know what will happen to him? I really hope that they just garnish wages and he is able to keep this job.
