tenant injuries
My husband got hurt working on our home that we are renting 2 yrs. ago and hasn't been able to go back to work since.He's only 31 and while the state found him disabled, we had to fight the federal. He has medicaid but it won't pay for the surgery he needs. Does anyone know-is our landlord liable???
