Is it legal for a prosecutor to drop all charges in exchange for the forfeiture of a vehicle / motorcycle. This just seems to be wrong to me. This is regards to a possession charge, they confiscated the bike on the spot, however the attorney states they will drop all charges if he signs over the bike, no fight, etc.
