I am wondering if it is actually a crime to not pay child support in the state of Minnesota. I am owed over $40,000 in child support from my ex and I just found out he is now a felon on probation and one of the things he has to do according to the judges orders is to stay law abiding. Does this mean paying on child support? Our judgement is set up through the state of Minnesota not privatly.
