    Unhappy my son needs help

    if my son was let into a house by someone who lives there and then the girl, who is 9 years old sold him a playstation for 10.00, but my son gave everything back to the mother can they charge him with larceny from a building?

    A 9 year old cannot legally give consent or permission. It appears your son (don't know how old he is) took advantage of the 9 year old. Did he give everything back after someone complained?
