I work for Detroit Fire Dept. EMS I was at a scene of a motor vehicle accident where an intoxicated male took a gun out it fell. I the knocked the intoxicated male to the ground secured his hands behind his back and had my partner secure the weapon I did hold the male till police arrived where he was taken into custody. Did I do anything wrong? did I break any laws in this process?
