is it ok to kiss or make out?
Im 17 or soon to be at least and my girlfriend is 14. I wanna know if it is legal in MA to kiss or make out because I've done some reasearch and still not gotten a straight answer. I know the legal age of consent is 18 but I have heard from a couple diffrent people(more than one) that it is 17. The MA laws i have seen were only about $ex and abuse so I'm not sure who to ask now. As far as i can tell its legal but I would appreciate it if someone cold confirm it.

It is legal to kiss and make out. It is not legal to have relations.
