My husband recently recieved papers that he is being sued. A person nineteen is sueing for lead paint poisoning from 1993. There are several people he is sueing anywhere his mother lived or visited while he was in her custody. His mother never was our tennant, we don't know if she visited the tennants that were there. My question would be that if we for some reason lost this case and since I am not listed on the suit would joint assests in my name also be liable?
