    Default habitual offender?

I am wondering where I can find the Louisiana Laws for habitual offender, without having to pay? Any information would help!

that's just it, my son did not committ three crimes, one was when he was eighteen and again this year at thirty two years old, two different crimes after some thirteen years, so how can they charge him as a habitual offender, he got railroaded by the system, he has not been in any trouble since he was eighteen.....how is that a habitual offender.....
