Mobile Home Lot Descrimination

Can anyone point me in the direction of laws concerning mobile home lots? I have a landlord that wants to know my license number, ss#, and other personal information. I can see if an apartment renter was required to give such info, but what about a lot renter? Is it any of their business and legal?

Also, the guy is discriminating against me, by telling me my grass is too long, even though I cut it every week, and the grass in the rest of the park is even longer than mine!

Further, he told me to stop letting my dog relieve himself in the grass... in my lot.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

hello i am not a lawyer but i am a mobile homeowner and a veteran and a taxpayer.It seems to me that the current wave of mobile home/tenant laws have been shoved thru the courts by the banks and realters and the home owners is being thrown out of his home nationwide. I am considering filing a lawsuit in fed courts for my constitutional right of LIFE,LIBERTY,AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS which i feel these laws suspend i am threatened with eviction every month now for over 2 yrs running!!! any one wanna join me ??Is this how we aregoing to treat our elders and vets??? come on america where r u????
