    AP - Two former water department officials have been indicted in an investigation of a Chicago suburb that for decades drew drinking water from a tainted well, federal prosecutors announced Thursday.

    Modernly, a municipality drawing water for public consumption from a well must give periodic notice to each consumer as to the quality of that water under recognized standards. Obviously, delivering cancer infested water intentionally to the consumer is delivering a POISON to that consumer which will result in a 1st degree murder charge. In this case, perhaps 5,000 counts of 1st degree murder regurgative over a 75 year period. Very interesting indeed.
