    AP - Indiana has asked a federal appeals court to lift a judge's order blocking parts of a new abortion law that cuts some public Planned Parenthood funding.

    I am posting from ancient memory so don't take my comments too seriously. As I recall, the decision...Planned Parenthood of PA decision inferred correctly that the Constitution may permit abortion (basic right to privacy) but is NOT required to fund it. The Framers of the Constitution made sure that there was no right to equality...FINANCIALLY. That is why there is no guaranteed college funding or even High School Government Funding under strict interpretation of the Constitution. We are a capitalist, not socialist institution of sorts.
