    Apple has filed a lawsuit against Amazon accusing the Web retail giant of copyright infringement over the name "app store."

    The complaint, filed Friday, is over the name of Amazon's new store for mobile phone applications: It's called "Amazon Appstore."

    As we all know, the law on Intellectual property is not very clear. So i am of the view that there should be such cases and the jury shall decide the disputes briefly so that we student come to know what is the law on a certain point. but its obvious that Apple has right to sue Amazon.
