KUWAIT: Kuwait Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies (KIJS) will be hosting the fifth regional conference of the Arab judiciary and public prosecution members on the International humanitarian law (IHL) on Jan 13. The conference aims to promote awareness about the IHL and debate the challenges facing its implementation, Director of the KIJS and Undersecretary of Kuwait’s Court of Cassation Justice Adel Al-Issa said Saturday.
