Ive heard that you can move out when you turn 17 in Kansas as long as you still go to school and have a job and as long as your parents know where you are living. Is this true?
If you can afford your own apartment, yet intend to stay in school, you should be able to move out. But, since you are under 18, you still need your parent's approval. They will probably have to sign your rental agreement, too.
