LOL are you kidding? The constitution grants states their power. The federal government has jurisdiction over all states regarding federal laws. State laws are void if they are in conflict with federal laws. Missisippi only about 15 years ago outlawed slavery even though the constitution outlawed that barbaric practice more than a century ago. Because your local jurisdiction isn't showing a reference of its subjugation to a superior authority, you think you shouldn't have to pay it?
Thats like only following an older sibling's rules and not your parents because your sibling didn't tell you that you had to do what they told you.
