I found an awesome idea for a bridal shower, but it involes releasing balloons. I have no idea where to find information about this; enviromental regulations, do i need a permit (blah blah blah)... does anyone have any idea about balloon releases in idaho? thanks!!

I would first call your local airport and ask if it is prohibited. Then your city or county zoning administrator. You'll find your answers quickly. Good luck.
