    Default I was Shot and Robbed at my House. Police removed items and firearms.

    There was an attempted murder on my life. I was shot in the chest and robbed of my life-savings at my home. I was rushed to the hospital. I was in hospital a total of 11 days. Lots of pain and suffering.

    While I was in the hospital - the police searched my house and removed all my firearms. All shotguns, rifles and handguns. 26 items all total were removed.

    After passing an extensive back ground check with flying colors - the police will NOT return my firearms. It's been 8 months and refuse to talk to me.

    I need legal help and advice. This event has turned my entire life upside down.

    The incident that happened to you gave the police the right to search your house. If the items that you took were not legally registered, and/or you didn't have a license to carry them, they have every right to take them.
