I put in my notice at work for my last day to be the end of July and now my boss is giving my hours to other workers claiming that she wants to keep them happy. Obviously she is not concerned with keeping me happy because I am leaving. I want to know if it is legal for her to take my hours and give them to others with her reasoning being because she wants to keep others happy or because I am leaving.

I'm feeling like I am being harassed because I am leaving and my boss feels slighted that she has to hire and train a new person. I gave 6 weeks notice and have continued to do my job well, but my boss has been rude to me several times since I gave her my notice. This latest development just feels like the last straw.
