Default Is it legal to take my daughter from my grandmother?

When I was 16 I signed over what I think was full guardianship of my daughter. Now 8 years later I am still arguing with her to get her back and she refuses. I need to know how I can get my daughter back into my home in Oregon from Twin Falls Idaho. Do I still have custody? Am I legally allowed to take her? What forms do I file to get her back?
    Thank you....

I was a child such as you describe.
You're attempting to take her from a home
in which she is known and loved. Because you feel
that now you're feeling more mature you wish to have her back.
This young lady is selfish. Why you ask? Because it puts that child
through hell, to make you feel better. IF you'd like to see her more often
I'd suggest VISITING her, establishing a relationship. But, at this point
you'll be more of a sister or a friend than anything else.
My grandmother raised me, I turned out well enough. College degree,
currently teaching in a foreign country. My sister on the other hand, raised by
my mother, pregnant at 18, now she's doing alright, has three children, BUT
she has MANY MANY issues to deal with psychologically.

No you have no right to even contact her at this point, you could file in family court, but I dought you will get very far. If you do deciede to go get her you will be charged with kidnapping at the least. Who is she living with.
