    Default Trespassing

    Could someone enlighten me ,as to laws regarding trespass violations. This is about an incident that happened in Idaho with an woman (Humane society) that enterred private property to render medical and food assistance to a dog . Thank You

    Any entry to a private territory without the knowing and permission of the owner is illegal entry.

    That's true! Any form of putting your foot on a private place can be consider as trespassing (if not permitted to do). If there is no one else but him/her the that's it. But if there are people around, then it can be consider as trespassing but why consider it as trespassing when you can just simply talk to a person and ask them to leave.
