I was just informed that a member of my managements staff looked into my bedroom window and turned me in for having a rooster in my unit. I was wondering if what they did was legal?
It's a sad day when they won't even let your rooster yell at 5 am.
Apartment Associations sometimes specify the kind of pets they allow which you pay deposits on . But because their concern is safety from any fecal matter/ and (hence any number of diseases/and various bacteria) which your friend could be depositing in the environment especially if you have kids- they are pretty much concerned with safety of others and Yes it does warrant the intrusion.
