I was with a call of duty 2 gaming server for 2 years, the owner of the server lives in Gwinnett GA, I live in the UK.

He was going to come to UK to see me, in the time of knowing him we had a fling online relationship, he got personal with me and I with him at times he asked me to send him a email video which I did and from the falling out he then used the video against me, from a personal falling out he brought upon himself, I left his gaming server...from leaving his gaming server last April 2009 he then started with all his harassment of lying about me to kids at his gaming community by telling the kids he had a bad video of me and that there was a video of me on you tube stripping the kids emailed me to ask if it was true, I did not reply to there email

He then started following me onto another gaming server I play cod 2 on and then I got a cod 2 server he found out my server and went on there under different names causing problems for others on there he was banned by admin's 3 times from his 3 guids he used to get on my server,

He then sent the video to my gaming friend and also told my gaming friend on xfire that I had sent to his dad and his son who is 15 years old my gaming friend took screen shots of his xfire messages and sent them to me, I then sent him email to say to him he was sick telling those kind of lies ...he sent me email back to tell me he let his son watch the video


He then sent the video to 2 kids that were at his gaming server they told me he sent them the video, I then closed down my server from all what he had done, I filed a police complaint to the Gwinnett GA police and also the police here UK, the Gwinnett GA police went out to his home last August 2009 and told him to cease all contact with me they sent police report along with email and told me he was clear to cease all contact and that he was clear not to send the video to anyone else, they also told me to cease all contact with him, even the guy who was my server admin filed online complaint on him for sending to kids the video and even the kids sent email to my admin telling him they got sent the video.

In my opinion the guy who owns the cod 2 gaming server and web site should not be allowed to have kids play at his gaming server, many parents let there kids play cod on server and its the last thing on a parents mind that the owner of the gaming server from a falling out with an ex female member will go sending to kids at his server a personal video.

When I filed my complaint to the Gwinnett GA police I sent them emails from the kids from my friend who got sent the video along with his email telling me he let his son watch the video, I sent the police a lot of evidence that I was telling the truth in all that I had said.

He did cease all contact for around a month and then he started with all his harassment again by following me on the gaming server I played on and also with his lies, he signed up to the web site I was a member of and he put a post on the forums to say that I had been sending him hate email telling him he couldn't play on the server, he also sent a message to one of the guys who owns the gaming server and I talked to the owner of the server on team speak and he told me that the guy had told him he banned me from his server for sending the video to his son and to others from his gaming community, the next day I went on his server he hadn't banned me and I took screen shots of being on there, I sent emails to many people at his gaming community and asked them if they had been sent any email video in email account from my name there replies to come back were no.

I emailed his dad and told him since June his son had been telling others that I sent him and his grandson a ****o video he dad replied to my email and told me he had no knowledge of this.

I then contacted the police here in UK and Gwinnett GA again and told them he was still harassing me with his following me on to the gaming server and for his lies of telling the owner of gaming server I had sent video to his son etc, the police went back out to his home in November of last year and the UK police contacted me and told me the Gwinnett GA police had dealt with it and that should be the end of his harassment but it wasn't the guy still carried on with getting my friends to delete me from face book he still went back on the server as me I contacted the police again recently and the police here sent him email and told him if he didn't stop with his harassment , they would ask the Gwinnett GA police to go back out and talk to him, well he replied to the police email and told the police that I had sent the video to his son and that I was the one harassing him with emails and video the last video I had sent him was last March 2009 I left his gaming server April 2009, as for emails from when I left his server and all of his lies in defence to what he had said about me with all his lies I would send him email....l from the police telling me last August to cease all contact from Oct to Nov 2009 when he would go on the server when I was on there I sent him email telling him to stay away from me and the server I go on.

When the police here told me he had told them I had sent video to his son who is 15 years old, I told the police that I wanted to make an appointment to go and see them to see the email he had sent them along with the email that he would of forward to the police that I was suppose to have sent his son, so that I could check the header of the email for the ip, also I told the police that he was the only person who I have sent a personal video to, I told the police that if his son has now been sent the video, it was either him that got an account in my name an sent to his own son or someone who he sent it to at the gaming community have now sent to his son, but I can not imagine any adult that he sent the video to would have sent it to his son, and not many people from the gaming community had his sons email, My belief is the guy got an old email of mine and changed the text on there and made out that I had sent his son email/video but now the police here in UK and Gwinnett GA have now closed the case, what can I do to get to see the email that my ex friend sent to the police here in the UK, his email to the police here with the email that he would of forwarded to the police that was sent to his sons email its that email that will show in the header of the email the ip from where the person comes from who sent him that email, when I was at his gaming community there were like only 3 British people that played on his server and that were signed up to his web site forums, the other members were from the USA and Europe.

I want to sue this man for all what he had done from when I left his gaming server with all his lies about me and him slandering my name to him sending the personal video to adults and to kids. I want to get his call of duty 2 server closed down from him sending to kids and to his son the video.

The police here and in Gwinnett have now closed the case the police here told me if he starts with his harassing again that I have to contact Gwinnett police.
