I filed a Motion to Compel Discovery. Right at the 30 day wire for a response, a response and objection to my Motion was filed. They raised some new points and I wanted to respond to those points that they made in their objection.

Can I file a Response to their Response? How much time would I have to do so?

I'm in Georgia. Going up against Fannie Mae attorneys in a rather novel case. On the governments dime they are basically over lawyering this thing into the ground.
