Is it illegal to sell items on a website that can be found on a third party site and ship them from that third party site to customers? (i.e.- I sell items that can be found on sears.com on my own website and when customers purchase these items, I ship them from sears.com to my customer)

As long as you have permission from Sears to do that, then that's fine. If you don't, they can sue you.
