Default Is it Legal to go under Pres Obama's pants to discuss his cajones or faith?

Sarah Palin believes that President Barack Obama doesn't have what it takes to enforce immigration laws but Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer does.

"Jan Brewer has the cojones that our president does not have to look out for all Americans, not just Arizonans, but all Americans in our desire of our to secure our borders and allow legal immigration to help build this country as was the purpose of immigration laws," Palin said during an appearance on Fox Sunday.

Palin also blamed the media for her low approval numbers.

"If I believed everything I read or heard in the media, I wouldn't like me either," she said.

Cojones (s. cojón [koˈxon]) and huevos (eggs) are vulgar Spanish curse-word usages for testicles. The singular form, cojón contains the augmentative suffix -ón (implying magnitude), and derives from the Vulgar Latin coleonem, the accusative form of coleo (testicle), an augmentative form of cōleus (leather bag for liquids); its variants are cūleus and culleus. The le → j or li → j pronunciation shift is common to Latin and Spanish, e.g. folia → hoja (leaf), which is a cognate with the English word "foliage".

The exclamation ¡Qué cojones! is used to express pain, anger, excitement, or irony, and is approximately synonymous with the interjection ¡coño! (vulva) expressing anger and surprise. [1] Analogues to the Spanish cojones exist in Galician collóns, Valencian collons French couilles, Italian coglioni, Portuguese colhões, Romanian coaie, Leonese coyones, Dutch ballen, the Welsh ceillion, and the Polish jaja..

Faith is the confident belief or trust in the truth or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing. The word faith can refer to a religion itself or to religion in general.[clarification needed]

As with trust, faith involves a concept of future events or outcomes, and is used conversely for a belief "not resting on logical proof or material evidence." Informal usage of the word faith can be quite broad, and may be used in place of trust or belief.

Faith is often used in a religious context, as in theology, where it almost universally refers to a trusting belief in a transcendent reality, or else in a Supreme Being and/or this being's role in the order of transcendent, spiritual things.

Faith is in general the persuasion of the mind that a certain statement is true. It is the belief and the assent of the mind to the truth of what is declared, based on his or her authority and truthfulness. The English word faith is dated from 1200–50, from the Latin fidem, or fidēs, meaning trust, akin to fīdere, which means to trust.

Sectarianism, according to one definition, is bigotry, discrimination or hatred arising from attaching importance to perceived differences between subdivisions within a group, such as between different denominations of a religion or factions of a political movement.

The ideological underpinnings of attitudes and behaviors labeled as sectarian are extraordinarily varied. Members of a religious or political group may believe that their own salvation, or the success of their particular objectives, requires aggressively seeking converts from other groups; adherents of a given faction may believe that for the achievement of their own political or religious project their internal opponents must be purged.

Sometimes a group that is under economic or political pressure will kill or attack members of another group which it regards as responsible for its own decline. It may also more rigidly define the definition of "orthodox" belief within its particular group or organisation, and expel or excommunicate those who do not support this newfound clarified definition of political or religious 'orthodoxy.' In other cases, dissenters from this orthodoxy will secede from the orthodox organisation and proclaim themselves as practitioners of a reformed belief system, or holders of a perceived former orthodoxy. At other times, sectarianism may be the expression of a group's nationalistic or cultural ambitions, or exploited by demagogues.

The phrase "sectarian conflict" usually refers to violent conflict along religious or political lines such as the conflicts between Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland (class-divisions may play major roles as well). It may also refer to general philosophical, political disparity between different schools of thought such as that between Shia and Sunni Muslims. Non-sectarians espouse that free association and tolerance of different beliefs are the cornerstone to successful peaceful human interaction. They espouse political and religious pluralism.

The Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. § 552a, Public Law No. 93-579, (Dec. 31, 1974) establishes a code of fair information practice that governs the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of personally identifiable information about individuals that is maintained in systems of records by federal agencies. A system of records is a group of records under the control of an agency from which information is retrieved by the name of the individual or by some identifier assigned to the individual. The Privacy Act requires that agencies give the public notice of their systems of records by publication in the Federal Register. The Privacy Act prohibits the disclosure of information from a system of records absent the written consent of the subject individual, unless the disclosure is pursuant to one of twelve statutory exceptions. The Act also provides individuals with a means by which to seek access to and amendment of their records, and sets forth various agency record-keeping requirements.
    Logical Scenario

Let's say that President Obama has made a statement about a female politician's ovaries.

Female politicians would feel it offensive and vulgar to go under a female's dress to discuss her private parts.

Let's say that President Obama has made a statement that he has converted to Judaism.

Would the majority of Americans who feel threatened by the Muslim faith feel equally as threatened by the Jewish faith?

Moral of my story is: Stay away from going under person's clothing or searching his or her closet to discover one's faith. Either is a private matter secured under our Privacy Act of 1974.

    Closing Arguments

Hypocrisy is a doctrine that has applied a double standard of treating others.

When the shoe has been placed on the other foot one has become offended the same treatment rendered others.

Sectarianism is a political doctrine that has resorted to hypocrisy in order to demonize one's opponent.

In God's sight Christians that have resorted to sectarianism will have to stand in judgment before our Lord and Savior come Judgment Day.

A viper is a type of snake that has a fork tongue same as a hypocrite that talks from both sides of his or her mouth.

Jesus has perceived the Pharisees and Sadducees as vipers and he warned them to flee from the wrath to come.

Mat3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come.
    Amen!

Testicle has derived its origin from the word testis which means vertebrate, backbone, witness, attest or even testify. All men, with exception to birth deformities, have been born with two testicles on the outside. This means that man has first right to testify that God is true and just.

A physical blow to any man's testicles will zap away his strength. He will bend his knees and crumble to the ground. In other words, a man's testicle is what enables our vertebrate stand upright erect or vertical as homo sapiens.

In slang language we commonly refer to a weak man as one that has weak balls or doesn't have a strong backbone to stand on his own two feet.

The Old or New Testament has likewise derived its origin from the same word testis. The latter has connoted the Old or 1st witness vs the New or 2nd Witness. Matt9:17 Jesus has spoken a parable about the old wine bottle vs. the new wine bottle.

Jesus Christ was a very strong willed man. To demonstrate his strength as a man he would turn his other cheek when struck in the face by another man. We as Christian men should gleam from his example by turning our cheek rather than fighting back.

The Bible has documented myriad examples of men (e.g. Mordecai, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego) who have dared not to bow their knees when on occasions which other men have been made afraid to bow their knees.

Ge1:26 has documented that God has given man dominion over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Gen3:14 God has cursed the serpent to crawl upon its belly.

Gen3:17 God has cursed the ground from which man is to eat because Adam and Eve have hearkened unto the voice of the serpent.

Isa35:4 has documented for those of a fearful heart to be strong and fear not because God will come with vengeance and recompense to save us.

A courageous man is one who has trusted his faith in God's word. He has stood tall and strong in the face of adversity. He doesn't take vengeance in his own hands. Instead, he waits on God to take vengeance for him and save him.

A woman conversely is a man born of a womb. Her testicles have been born on the inside of her body in the form of ovaries. By virtue of her birth she has second right to testify that God is true and just. In other words she too can stand up for justice.

Rosa Parks is a prime example: Negro men during the period of the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960's were afraid of being lynched by the Ku Klux Klan. They have bowed their knees to submit to injustice of Jim Crow Laws.

Rosa Parks allowed her balls to come out as a woman. In the stead of her Negro men she stood fast to hold on to her seat at the front of the bus. When the Negro men had seen that Rosa wasn't afraid of repercussion, then it made their balls come out.

Negro men in the Southern States have begun to march in support of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to end segregation. Victory was won because King had taught us the Christian doctrine of how to stand up and wait for God to save us from our tribulations.

My point is when Sarah Palin has gone under President Obama's pants to challenge his balls she likewise has challenged his faith in God the Almighty!

who cares what the religion is of someone else?

    why should they care?

religion is nothing but a crock of bull.

the bible has been rewritten many mane of times. a lot of it has been left out. i mean a real lot of it. the first book of the bible has never been published publicly.

one shoudl do research into a religion before putting a blind belief into sone one who just wants there money.

the vatican for instance is nothing but a business.

religion has only taught one thing. that thing is hate.

all religions state to love. but only when the other peson is the same religion.

    what about the crusades?

you become our religion or die.

but then they believe in peace and love?

insted you would rather take the abridged version of the human history and belive it word for word.

they even change the name of yahweh to jesus.

    anything to make a buck.

to each there own. but i stand by my atheist ways.

because of my belief i do not believe in harming a person no matter what. why?

well because ibelieve this is the only life one gets. why should i have the right to take it away or make it hard for them to live this life? i do not have that right and noone does.

to me when one is gone. there is nothing else.

i chose this as a way of life because i can not believe in a god the same way you do. i believe there is something out there but not as we percieve it.

i belive in the 11 known dimensions. not the earth has been around for some thousand years when there is proof beyond a doubt the earth has been around for billions of years. not habitable but here.

if people believe religion shows peace, and love. they have another thing comming. they need to research what they are blindly believeing in!

    my 2 cents.
