    Default Is it legal?

    Is it legal for the police to question my minor child with no one present and ask her to be a drug informant, to reduce her charges?

    Default THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT

    IN FLORIDA IT WILL NOT MATTER IF ITS LEGAL OR NOT THEY DO AS THEY PLEASE. IN THIS STATE THEY MAKE UP THE RULES AS THEY GO.
