What are the last steps to get unpaid rent from my tenants ?

Hi,

I had some tenants that stopped paying rent for the last 3 month and they didn't pay the last bills that were in my name.
I went through the eviction process and made a small claim for damages at the same time (about 4k).
I finally obtained the final judgment for the damages. But what do I have to do now to get them to pay ?
The tenants didn't leave an address but I can still call/email them.

If they didn't file a financial statement within 10days. then you need take them to court for contemp of court.. then you go after there pay check..from employer..

Have you any idea where the tenants have gone? How will you locate them?

put in that corner "return address requested"
there address maybe your last address they rented from.. but that's ok. just send it and return address requested and you may get there new address. from the post office.. they may send there new address to you... if they have it..
