My lease says that my rent is due on the 1st of every month. I saw my landlord today, which is the 2nd of the month (I was outta town the last few days), I told my landlord that I would have the rent for him tomarrow (3rd of the month). He said at that time, ok give me a call when you get it tomarrow. I told him I would call him after work and get it to him right away. A few hours go by after work, my landlord stops over at my house with a paper. On it, it said, Its a 5 day eviction notice with a $50.00 late fee charged. <br />
<br />
Now my question is:<br />
1:Is there anything like a 5 day grace period, before I can get charged a late fee? Do I have a grace period? <br />
<br />
2: Is there a website I can go to, to see this grace period information. I'm going to need to print it off so I can show him if there is such a thing?<br />
<br />
P.S. When I questioned my landlord about why he gave me a late fee charge and not a guy I know down the hall, he told me because he has the right to decided who he wants to charge a late fee to!<br />
<br />
I need an answer for this ASAP!!!!!!</div>

I found out tonight my supervisor took some of me if i rested a min we work in a factory). One co worker cried when she heard what he did. He has had an issue with me for some reason since my shift was shut down and we all had to move to 1st and 2nd so I need help n where else besides always gong to HR in what legal actions I may have aganst the harrassment  have been dealing with for the past year and a half. I have two 10 year olds and would rather they get picked up at my house where i can see them.  Is it a law that the bus service can choose where my child get's picked up at or do i have the right to have them picked up at my house where i can see them.  This is the first year the bus service is wanting my kids to walk to the neighbors. What is the law on this in wisconsin.  I can't find any info out.<br />

But heres the deal, A few of my business partners and I have been looking for info on this subject but we can't seem to find any information about it. So if there is anyone who might know where to find the information, or may know the info and have a relyable resource for the information, please help us out!!! <br />

We would like to know what are the State &amp; Federal Laws on owning and running a graphy company in Wisconsin. My business partners and I, like I said have looked on the net, libraries, and even court houses on some information on this and noone or anything has come up anything good. The net has just gave us  sites or people saying send money now and I can help you start a ography company. We are not sure just yet on if we want to just get into Magazine , or if we actually want to do videos and all that stuff. We have the finacial aspect covered, but we would like to know about all the laws that are involved.  So if anyone can please help me out and give me some information on this, it would be greatly appreciated!! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Employer is in Wisconsin.  Notified employee that position was eliminated x/1/2010. Letter signed by company president indicated salary and health insurance thru the end of the year.   30 days later the employer called the  laid-off employee in for a meeting and 'terminated' the employee. ( not for cause, no reason given,except reduction of force)  The employer then terminated health insurance mid-month and has not paid the employee for the second month of severance.<br />
<br />
The employer pays every 2 weeks.  The employer took out a health insurance deduction from the first payment of the second month and has not paid out the second pay period of the month.  Now COBRA payments are set at the full monthly premium  ( retro- actively)for the month.<br />
<br />
Advice please.  This employer cannot be trusted!</div>
