Hi there

Is it legal for a 19 year old to be saying that he will jump a group of 17 year olds? He is tweeting about it, he's texted a friend about it and i have pictures of it all and I know he's not lying?

If it is legal to say those things, what would happen if he actually beat up the 17 year olds?

In 2010 I was sued by CACH LLC. I filed an answer to the complaint with the court and heard nothing more of it after that. I went to the Pierce County District Court and found out that
nothing has happened with case since I filed my answer and the case is still open. Last Friday, Cach filed another suit against me for the same debt. Can they have 2 open cases against me for the
same debt?

I have a bit of a dilemma and was hoping for some advice. After a breakup in very early January of this year, an ex had left some of their items at my apartment, biggest of which was a large T.V. I contacted him to pick up all his things January 19th, 22nd, he agreed on January 30th, on which day he never contacted me, and then March 2nd I gave him until the end of the month to pick up his things before I would give them away, during which entire month he never contacted me to pick up anything. These communications were over text and Facebook messages which I have a record of.

Suddenly, on May 6th he tells me that he needs to know when I will be back in the country (since I am now studying abroad) so that he can have a friend buy his T.V. and pick it up. I feel it is no longer justified for him to ask this. I still have the T.V., yes, but I have given him deadlines to pick up all of his items to which he has blown me off, and is in fact 4 months late beyond when he should have picked it up to begin with.

Am I off in thinking this? Is it reasonable in the least to ask that he reimburse me money for even holding on to his T.V. for that long?

Thank you in advance!

So I was driving my girlfriends car since mine was in the shop. I got pulled over for not using a signal. I was ticketed for not having insurance. I couldnt find her insurance card. She said she had insurance, but it turns out it was just once of those insurance that just covers the car, not real legal insurance.

I showed the office my insurance on my car, he said that WA had some item where I could be legally covered with my insurance when driving her car. (I'm not sure if this is true)

I went to the court and showed my insurance and they said the office was wrong and I need her insurance. so apparantly she doesnt have anything.
I'm probably out of luck on the ticket $550

but is what the office stated true? I'm trying to find an RCW or something that i can use to drop the ticket to $25
thanks for the help
