Last yr my next door neighbor had a contractor plant trees on the line(edge of mulch pit against the line). I said they were going over the line...My neighbor used a hand drawn made up a long time ago. I had a survey done to prove him wrong back then but I can't find the paperwork or remember who did it. He used the same map this time. I called the township and they said it was a police matter. The police came out and said it was a township matter...The police said they couldn't order the contractor to stop until they proved they were not over the line. So what this tells me is this, I can go over to his yard, or what he says is his, and start digging and planting trees, and nobody can stop me until he proves I'm on his property...I am sure that they dug up the spikes from the survey I had done yrs ago because I can't find them with a metal detector....So as a property owner, what can I do about it when the police won't do anything?

I have been working for a major restaurant for 4 years...About 2-3 weeks ago I suffered a minor knee abrasion injury. Though I could do my normal work, I could not bend down and or touch floor via my knees...The restaurant sent me to a local medical place that only deals with work injuries. Afterward I gave their paper work to my managers...The managers asked a few times can I still work...I said yes, just I cant bend my knees completely to floor or make contact...Apparently the paperwork they received from workman's comp told them "light duty"...suddenly a week later 1-2 days were taken from me with claims of business was dead....I asked so co-workers...They told me privately business was ok but not enough to cut people by calling off or scheduling off from normal wkdays and ESPECIALLY WKNDS.

I have never been called off on wknds unless bad weather. It happened 2 weeks in a row. The claim of business is to quiet is difficult to believe, but also the scheduling less calling off on wknds, my wife and I are beginning to conclude is a recover for them for workman's compensation. Is this possible?

The minor knee problem went away within a week and a half. But honestly didn't prevent me from my major duties...
