I have been experiencing prejudicial hostile treatment from a big store in NYC.

No matter which store branch I choose or formal complaint I make, I still get discriminated against. This has been going on for years now. The last time I went to shop there, I was humilated and denied entry. The staff decided to disgrace me in front of the other customers. They treated me like a thief and told me that I have been banned from the store forever. I tried to explain to them that I'm a regular shopper at this particular store branch and I have spent hundreds of dollars there this year alone as my reward card would show. However, they wouldn't listen to me and forced me out of the store. I know the real reason why they were discriminating against me. It is because of nationality, disability and sexual orientation. Now I panic and afraid to go out or shop in any store. Help!!!


Their main goal was to make me feel subhuman because of the things they felt I had against me - nationality, disability, and sexual orientation, and race. I believe they don't properly train their employees or properly address matters like this when it occurs.

I have question. My wife make order of protection against me, to kick me out from our apartment. I do nothing for her, and her family (daughter from previous marriage, parents). She was not satisfy that I denied to pay everything what she need. She is unemployed, and told me that I must pay her money, because we married, and I have green card from this marriage. After I left our apartment I come back with police assists, to take my personal belongs. After couple days I find that she stolen my private documents, school diploma, doc from previous work, my passport ( from my country-Poland). In these documents I have fake high school diploma from my country. I never use this for any purpose. She know that I have this document. Now she try use my documents to annul our marriage, because like she say: she don't know that I have fake high school diploma. Can I report that she stolen my documents, and what I can proof that she know about this fake diploma before. Others documents are legal and original. Can I report that she stolen my private documents. Can I ask Police to try find my passport. What to do. I have lawyer ,who will represent me on divorce case. That I should told him about this lost documents before, or just go to local pricing to make report. Please for advice what to do.
