My landlord is selling the house we are renting. We move in two weeks and have valuable and personal property in various stages of packing. The landlord has accepted an offer on the house. The buyers have scheduled an inspection lasting 3-4 hours. The realtor for the landlord says I am "REQUIRED" to leave the property during the inspection. I am not comfortable doing this. Am I really required? Help would be greatly appreciated.
