Ok so this is a long one but here it goes.

Last September I was working as a security guard in Las Vegas. I happened to read some news about a possible military invasion and while at work on my day off talked with one of my fellow security officers about it. We talked about how we would defend the country and defend the building we laughed and joked about it and I went on my way. ( At this point let me note this was an HOA multi-story building and one of the board members hated me so much she would try and write me up for anything even if I did not do it because I was dating the former managers daughter) on my way out I also talked with another officer about it and we also exchanged jokes and laughed it off.
2 weeks pass and I get called into the managers office. I am told that I am being asked to resign because they HOA believes I am a threat to the building because the first security guard said I threatened to blow the building up with everyone inside and that I have some kind of book about bombs. The manager tells me his hands are tied and he can not help me this time because the certain board member had threatened his job. I questioned the security the second security guard and he informed me the HOA member forced him to write a letter saying he heard everything and feared for the safety of the building. First off it was two weeks after that had happened so if it was that big of a fear why did they wait so long to get rid of me. Second, this was all hear say from the first officer and the week before I had reported him for drinking on the job. (Something I might add he still does to this day.) It was relayed back to me that the current manager had revealed to him that I had come to the board and accused him of drinking on the job. Mind you people in the building had also complained and I was working off a tip from a tenant when I found out he was drinking.
Now shortly after leaving taking my crappy severance pay someone steals my fiancees license plate. We head to the police station file a report. A couple of days later to detectives show up and say they are following up on her report. During the time they were here I was outside with them and happened to bring up what had happened. I was asked what I do for work and told them this story in length. They then asked if I wanted to have them run my name and i gave them my Id. I have never been in trouble with the law before I got in a fight once at a college like 10 years ago but that was it and those charges were dropped. My fiancee and the Detectives said that I was just being paranoid but when he came back from his car he informed me that I was on an FBI watch list as a suspected terrorist and the call had come in from the security guard in question. It was made clear to the FBI I was building bombs and going to attack a building on the strip. I nearly my pants when he told me this and immediately allowed him and his partner access to my home to search for bombs or bomb making material which they did not find. I am still on the FBI watch list and have yet to be able to get a job because of it. I then find out that the security guard and the HOA member have vilified my to the people of the building and now all the people that once loved me fear me like I am Bin Laden.
I stayed away from the building and was willing to let it slide off my back because I am a very peaceful person and try my hardest to be a nice person. but then one of the people in the building called me and asked if I would be willing to come help her with her daughters computer. I jokingly made comment to the situation to which she replied she never listens to gossip and knows I am a good person. So I went over and helped her out I then went over again the next day so that I could finish setting the computer up and get everything ready. I made it a point to say hello to the security guard the first day and was very friendly as was he to me and then the second day I stopped and said hello to the maintenance director who was covering because of an emergency.
Then next morning I get a call from my friend that says the building Manager called her and informed her I am not allowed in the building as past employees are not allowed on premises per there rules ( which is a lie I wrote the security regulations and it was made very clear to them that only way that they could bar someone was if they had a restraining order against them ).

So now I Am mad, I no longer work there and they are still vilifying me to the residents. They are attempting to tell me I cant go to the building and told my friend she is not aloud to invite me over. They reported me to the FBI and screwed up my life along with also contacting the NV PILB and informed them I was working without a security card ( which they assured me I did not need as I was a private security guard working under their license)and all of this because that one board member did not like me and wanted me gone because she felt I was getting special treatment. Now I am jobless and have had my name driven into the ground and I want to know how do I sue them for defamation of character and Liable?


Also they violate at least three labor laws that I can also prove with time cards that NO breaks, working back to back shifts with no breaks ( 16-18 hours) and tampering with my time card and reducing hours.
