Is three years considered excessive for a non compete contract?

I'm 19 and was convicted for misdemeanor aggravated battery. I need to know if I can be childcare provider in the state of IL?

I used my upgrade to purchase a new phone on Amazon back in December. a friend of mine broke their phone so I gave then the phone to use. the phone is still registered for my contract, and the gmail account currently associated with it is mine as well. I have been asking for the phone back so that I can sell it because I am behind on bills, but they refuse to give it back and has told me they will call the police on me if I try to take it back.who is in the right?

What can anyone tell me about the Illinois Alienation of Affection cases. I know that IL is one of the few states that still allows these cases. It appears that very few attorneys want to file these types of complaints. Why is that?

Also, it appears that the IL legislature passed the alienation of affection act that seems to severely limit the damages and they way these cases can be pursued. Can anyone tell me more about this?

How do the courts typically view these cases in IL? Are they generally skeptical toward them or hostile toward them?
