New member here to the forum. I would like to get a firearms permit. My issue is that I received a 'deferred acceptance of guilt' for an assault 3 (misdemeanor), I am also able to expunge my record. My paper work has been filed and I will receive my certificate of expungement very soon. How soon after I receive my certificate can I apply for a firearm permit? Will I still be eligible for a firearm permit (again my record is expunged along with a DAG and completion in good standing of all requirements).

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
