<div>I was recent subletting a room out to a woman who began to stop paying for bills and rent and was always behind by the time she moved out she owed me close to $500. When she was told to move out by me we wrote up a contract and I agreed to store her things at the residence for a months time until (05/03/13) without mention of what would be done if said items were left for longer and that time as elapse. She was also to pay me back the money owed within a years time which has not elapsed yet. I am wondering do I now have the right to sell her stuff yard sale style because despite her saying that she is going to get it she has not and I am moving in a months time. Anyone know?</div>
