I am a mother of two small children. April 13, 2013 my husband walked out on us. He is not helping me financially to care for our children, he is continually threatening me, & now he is telling me that we have to move out of our home. Our home is in our son's name & his name. My husband has now quit his job & is working under the table. His grandparents have been the babysitters for our children while I work. Now his grandparents are threatening me too, even in front of the children. In the state of Alabama are there programs that can quickly help you get affordable childcare, custody, & child support. I really want a divorce, but I am so strapped for money I don't know what to do. Does anyone know of any programs to help someone in my situation?

A bought timber property last year from B with cash as it had no legal easement and the banks will not lend on it. B has used a road across my property for over 20 years which I understand can create a prescription/adverse use right to the easement. Did the clock start ticking again when B bought the property or did the over 20 years of use convey to A? By not having an easement I am sure they got a discount on the property.

What brought this up is we have leased hunting rights for the property for years. A comes in and wanted to raise rates dramatically this year, from $7.50 to $9.00 per acre. The easement in question is about 1/2 mile.
