"Have you ever been convicted of or are you currently charged with the commission of any crime or pled nolo contendere in a criminal proceeding or have you received first offender treatment or had adjudication of guilt withheld in a criminal proceeding, other than minor traffic offense"

So my story goes, I have had 3 arrests in my past. One in 1990, when I was a newly licensed driver I ran my dad's car in to a guys yard and he had me charged with criminal trespass. Misdemeanor. Was guilty, paid $150.00 restitution. (back in the good old day's when the judge said my dad's punishment was going to be far better than anything he could do)

Once in 1992 I broke a rear windshield and was charged with criminal damage to property. $1,500 dollar piece of glass, was a felony. Case was nolle prossed.

And in 1999 I was charged with theft by taking, felony. Case was nolle Prossed.

Is a nolle prossed disposition a "adjudication of guilt withheld"? What does that even mean anyway? How should I answer the question? Any GA lawyers out there?
