I got marry then found out that my husband was not divorce from his first wife.he divorce her but we never got marry again.
We have been together for 23 years. Do i have to divorce him or can I just make him leave. Can anyone help me.

    Basically if you were never actually legally married, there won't be a need for a divorce. You may want to check with the state records and see if you are recognized as married in the state, in which case, you may need to file an annulment. The annulment process is much much easier than a divorce it basically just invalidates the marriage, voids it.
