I'm just wondering if I file for an annulment due to my "spouse" still being married at the time of our marriage if I will also be charged and sentenced for bigamy?

No, the annulment should go through pretty clear and easy. She is the one who has committed "bigamy" not you. Especially if you didn't know.
I don't know 100% but I'm pretty sure annulments like these are a pretty easy process and are just a matter of getting the paperwork filled out.

Nothing for you to worry about. It will be quick and easy, and as said you just need to fill out the required paperwork.
