Spy Camera

My neighbors' wife found out her husband had a hidden camera in our bathroom and was recording pictures of us on his computer! She is recently married and we aren[t sure what to do because we were friends. Would her husband be charged with a felony for this and have to register as a sex offender? Is it a felony in Minnesota?

    For Minnesota specifically:
installation or use of any device for photographing, observing or overhearing events or sounds in a private place without the permission of the people photographed or observed is against the law. A private place is one where a person may reasonably expect to be safe from unauthorized surveillance.

I know that definition is a little general but what it's talking about are areas with a "reasonable expectation of privacy". So, yes it is illegal to take recordings from the bathroom, or even the bedroom without permission. The rest of the house would be legal though.
I don't know about a sexual harassment charge, you could probably press charges for that, but to me the bigger, more clearer issue here is invasion of privacy.

Of course, what he has recorded could also be an issue. Sometimes the law tries to regulate adultery (I'm not trying to make assumptions I just want to be thorough here.) Of course those laws would go against the separation of church and state. But that's another story. Point is, her husband may have something on you too.
