I drive a company car for business. Most of the time I don't go to the office...I travel from account to account. Recently, my company said they would have to start charging me about $15.00 each week for using the car because they said the IRS could come after them. I'm apparently supposed to be paying for my trip from my home to the office each day...even though I seldom go there! Is there somewhere I can research that law...or is it illegal what they are trying to do to make a buck!
Let's see, a whole $15.00 a week....what would you spend on gas driving your own car back and forth to work every week, let alone on the wear and tare? Yes it is very legal and can't believe someone would considered this a money Conspiracy.
