We own a beach house with my sister and her family. She keeps offering and letting people stay there without our consent or knowledge. Is this legal?

If she's part owner, then she is an owner and therefore can let whoever she wants stay there unless you have a written agreement between owners stating otherwise.

So true. If she's part of the ownership of the beach then she's free to invite anyone she wants. But if she needs to ask permission from you then talk to her. But to answer your question yes it is legal.

What business does anyone have to be in someone else's home without their consent? They are lucky if they don't get shot. Most people will shoot first, before asking questions.
